Third-Party Services

This site uses a small number of third-party providers:

  • Amazon Web Services hosts this website and processes contact messages using Lambda and Amazon SES to send them to our email.
  • Twin Oaks MemberSpot handles membership signup and booking when you follow our online signup links.
  • Google Maps renders the embedded map on our location page; Google may log requests to load it.

Each of these providers handles data under its own privacy policy.

Cookies

This website itself does not set tracking cookies. Third-party scripts listed above may set their own cookies or use similar storage. You can disable cookies in your browser settings without losing the core functionality of this site.

Data Retention

We retain contact-form submissions for as long as they are useful for responding to your inquiry and for our business records. The contact endpoint does not save message contents in its database or application logs. Short-lived submission counters and request identifiers help prevent spam and duplicate messages; these expire within two days.

Your Rights

Children’s Privacy
